We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.
Basic Criteria: All returns must include the following:
* Original Condition (Not Used)
* All accessories
* Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
* Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired Basic Policy Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return.
If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:
(1) An RMA number must be requested within (30) days of the invoice date. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, Contact Customer Service at email@example.com. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
(2) Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery and are immediately replaced free of charge (subject to stock availability).
(3) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.
(4) All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return is not a result of our error or non-defective products.
(5) Refunds are only accepted for defective items due to an error on our part. Refunds are also accepted if the item does not function upon arrival. Returns that are due to an incorrect order because of customer error, or buyer's remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
(6) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
(7) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase within a certain amount of days.
(8) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Mirrorsmart.com will refund back to you your method of payment.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item
